A small bug fix release to fix some things caused by the 08 update.

Changes

• Moved ajax token out of meta tag into var to get rid of an HTML error

Bug Fixes

• When viewing shoutbox help entities were displaying rather than formatted text
• Shoutbox button, edit, and some other functions that were broken by previous update are now fixed
• Auto linking in shoutbox was breaking with urls that started with a capital letter
• Possibly fixed a bug that was causing errors to be generated in the logs related to CAPTCHA and headers
